I
accidentally stumbled across these exercises. They claim to take 10cm
off your waist in just a week. So I went for it, it’s been 2 days, and
I’m already seeing results! Can’t wait to see what’s the next.
I
swear, gals, there was no dieting involved. All I did was breathing
exercises for 15 minutes every morning on an empty stomach.
I’m still amazed at how easy it was…
Exercises for thinner waist :
Breathe in – puff up your belly
Breathe out – suck your belly in
Do this for 2 minutes…
