Calories in, calories out is heavily over-simplified. If you really want
to curb those cravings and take the reigns over your appetite, your
leptin levels will have to be increased -- that's the hormone that tells
you you're full. With leptin levels that are too low, you can eat and
eat and eat and still be hungry. With a few tweaks to your diet and
lifestyle, it is possible to up the levels in your system (provided
